The only personal data we collect is what you send us through the booking request form: your name, email address, phone number, number of guests, travel dates, the suite you are interested in and your message. This information is transmitted to us by email and used solely to answer your request and organise your stay.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. This website uses no advertising or analytics trackers, and sets no cookies for visitors beyond the technical caching used to deliver pages quickly.

Third-Party Content

Some content is loaded from third-party servers: the interactive map (Google Maps) and web fonts (Google Fonts). When your browser loads this content, Google may process your IP address in accordance with its own privacy policy.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Booking request emails are kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and manage your stay, and afterwards only as required for accounting or legal obligations.

Your Rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by writing to admin@falaiserouge.com. We will reply as quickly as we can, and in any case within 30 days.
